About Shaft insulator for ESP

The shaft insulator is used as the electrostatic precipitator (ESP).

The insulator consists of porcelain body and two end fittings assembled together with thermo-resistant cement, with rolled or sanded connecting surface, with thermo-resistant cushion and resilient coating between porcelain body and end fittings for preventing from loosing and torsion and ensuring mechanical strength.

The porcelain body surface is covered with brown or white glaze while the surface of metal fittings with anti-corrosion painting.
